“Le Village” will host its annual Convocation retreat this summer from July 30 to August 6 where you can also arrive a bit earlier and leave later. This year, there will be the possibility to visit various sites together after the retreat has ended (Versailles, Fontainebleau, etc). During the retreat, the Convocation program will be followed online on a large screen. As in past years, weather permitting, an additional screen will be set up in the garden for those who prefer the outdoors.
The retreat is family friendly (children under 10 do not contribute). It is like paradies for young and old and it even surprises with some dear animal friends. Possible outdoor activities, for those who want to exercise, include walks in the forest and tennis. The house is located in Dampierre-en-Yvelines, which is very easy to reach both by car and from Paris by public transport.
You can sleep in one of the shared rooms in the house or in the garden.
The suggested contribution is 20 euros per day. This includes 2 vegetarian meals, teas and snacks and overnight accommodations. If you are financially strapped, feel free to contact Emilie. You will then look for an individual solution together. She is a friend of the exchange system.
