After successfully organizing our first Y.O.G.A. retreat in Italy in April 2024, we would like to continue this wonderful tradition. The next Italy Summer Retreat will take place from August 17 to 24, 2025.
The retreat will again take place in the beautiful location of Varazze, on a hill directly on the Ligurian coast, surrounded by forests and with a spectacular view of the ocean. We will again be at the retreat house ”Foresteria La Croce”, for more information see: www.foresteriacroce.it

Each day will be filled with longer meditations as well as SRF Lessons Study Sessions and activities in nature. The first half of the retreat will be spent in silence, with the second half being more social with group activities on the beach and walks in the beautiful forest and hills.
The idea is to provide an alternative vacation where we could enjoy the sea and nature while remaining anchored in a very focused and balanced Sadhana. Dear Yogis and friends bring your spiritual enthusiasm with you.

The cost for 8 nights including meals (which we prepare ourselves) is 290 Euros per person.
