Dear Yoginis and Yogis,

we happily invite you to a very special Easter-Retreat in 2020!

The retreat will take place from Holy Thursday, 9th of April until Easter Monday 13th of April in Königsmoor near Hamburg.

The focus will be on the spiritual aspects – meditation and the retreat will be done in silence. Axel and Florian will prepare and conduct the retreat and are always available for questions, ideas or suggestions!

Below you will find more details and a program for the retreat:
– There will be SRF-Online-Meditations
– As an alternative to the meditations, walking meditations can be done.
– Daily Kundalini Yoga
– There’s an eastern brunch planned Sun. 16-18h or Mon. 11-13h
– Vegan Nutrition – Kitchery Diet
– For those who are fasting, juice, broth and tea are prepared by arrangement.

All activities are voluntary. There are no obligations regarding food, procedure or Kundalini Yoga
